The issue with updating commercial versions of Lucy has been successfully resolved. In order to update Lucy please do one of the following:
- Open SSH access to your instance (“SSH Access” link in “Help” menu), copy the connection details the system shows you and send them to email@example.com. Shortly after that, our support service specialist will connect to your host and fix the bug manually.
- If you are unable to open the SSH access, please let us know and we will send you the detailed instructions on how to fix the issue without opening any external connections. This way is a bit more difficult, as you might need some basic knowledge of Linux (or know someone who is familiar with Linux).
